i've seen a lot of people say they had no idea about the dune situation so if u're still not sure about it too i suggest reading these articles i came across, especially the first one for acknowledging the importance of casting! as a north african muslim myself it's disheartening that i've had to sit through movies where people were perfectly capable of finding an arab actor for our one stereotypical violent character of course 😐 but there isn't a SINGLE one to be seen in this movie so heavily influenced by our culture. and ffs stop ignoring muslims and arabs so u can keep frothing over timothee chalamet's ugly ass in the trailer.
